HomeVerdict is a fully client-side application. All calculations happen in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, financial details, or usage data to any server.
Calculations run in your browser
Every number you enter — purchase price, down payment, income — stays on your device. No form data is submitted, no API calls are made, and nothing is stored between sessions. Closing the tab clears everything.
Cookies & Analytics
HomeVerdict does not use cookies or tracking pixels. We may use Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no personal data, no cookies) to understand aggregate page traffic — number of visitors, page load times, and geographic region. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared through analytics.
Email notifications
If you sign up for launch notifications, your email is submitted to a Google Form operated by HomeVerdict. We use it only to notify you when new features ship. We do not sell, share, or use your email for any other purpose. You can request removal at any time.
Third-party hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) as part of hosting operations. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for details.
